2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and use PostProdigy for personal or commercial purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose without a paid subscription
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in PostProdigy
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials
  • Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the content you upload to PostProdigy. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. AI-generated content created by our service is provided to you for your use.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial billing periods. Usage limits are enforced based on your subscription tier.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use PostProdigy for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Upload malicious code or viruses
  • Spam or harass other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

7. Limitation of Liability

PostProdigy and WolfPack Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
